Dear Potential Sponsor,
I am very excited to tell you that plans are under way for the 3rd Annual South Florida WINGFEST. The event is scheduled for March 24th 2012 at the Port Saint Lucie Civic Center.
This will be the 3rd of many WINGFEST designed to benefit Little Smiles. “Little Smiles” is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides toys, games, DVD’s, computers, VIP outings, celebrity meet and greets, concert, sporting event tickets, theme park tickets, fun food runs, nerf gun wars and much, much more…for children in local hospitals, hospices and shelters. We pride ourselves on being local, immediate, and hands on; and our Board of Directors is comprised of all volunteers.
Promoted through multiple media outlets, this event will consist of a wing tasting contest with a people’s choice award, hottest wing award, and most creative flavor award. Along with the delicious wings, there will be a car show with best in class award, wing eating contest; children’s play area, live music on the main stage, and assorted craft and business vendors.
